Where does
Em's Bakery deliver?
Around Hội An and surrounding areas within 12km, including homes, hotels, villas and offices. Please add clear delivery details and a contact number when ordering.
What are reusable containers?
For eligible items, your order arrives in reusable containers instead of disposable ones. Transfer it when it arrives and we take the containers back with us. This option gives non-members 10% off until
31 October.
Do you cater for vegetarians or allergies?
Please add any allergies or dietary requirements when ordering. Our team will do its best to assist, but Em's Bakery handles a range of ingredients, including common allergens, and cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
How much is delivery?
See the delivery fees table above. Free within 7km on orders from 250.000 VND
Can I combine discounts?
No. Only one discount applies per order: 10% for reusable containers, or 15% for verified LHG Members.
Can I order a birthday cake for delivery?
Yes. Selected cakes are available daily. Other cakes need advance ordering, so check the delivery menu for current availability and lead times.
Will my order arrive fresh?
Orders are packed as soon as they are ready and protected for the journey. Delivery times can vary with distance, traffic and weather, especially in heavy rain.
